I went for a medicine refill and ended up with a lab work order with almost no communication with Dr Reines which was quite rude and never listened to me. Don’t recommend him at all.

horrible wait time, the staff moves slow. doctor richard reines his also so slow. my last visit i was waiting for him almost 2 hours then he said he can't see me because he have to go to the nursing home. if you guys give me your last Appointment at 11:30 am the why the heck you can't see me and why the heck you guys waste my time . i was there for 2 hours and i take a day off from my work just for the appointment. such a stupid service. i will never go again.

Ive been seeing this Dr for more than 18 years. He's thorough and has helped me stay healthy. Sometimes the wait is longer than other times, but I'm never short-changed on doctor time. He listens to all of my concerns and makes me feel like everything is under control. I recommend him very much for a doctor.

After a modest wait time I was not shortchanged with Doc time. He addressed all of my concerns and didn't make me feel rushed. He was complete and concerned. I highly recommend.
