Devastated
Had gyno surgery by Dr Silverman. Worst choice I ever made. So much unwarranted lipo was done. He essentially hollowed out my chest. On my follow-up surgery, he stated that he likes to get aggressive on the lipo. Aggressive? This is to be a delicate and strategic procedure. You’re to be artistic. The sole purpose and goal is aesthetics. He also stated, after the procedure, that he doesn’t do too many procedures because his hands don’t work as well. Seriously? Why wouldn’t you tell me that before the surgery was performed? Aggressive with hands that apparently lack dexterity due to some problem. He should in the very least not have performed any surgery until his own issue was resolved. I wanted the surgery because I didn’t feel comfortable without a shirt. Now, I am even more self conscious, and will never take my shirt off in public again. I am devastated.

Failed chest procedure
The outcome of my chest procedure with Rick Silverman turned out really bad. Not only did it not come close to expectations, but caused an additional problem that needs to get fixed elsewhere now. On top of it all, the work he did cost me a significant amount of money, which ended up being a complete waste. I now have to pay another plastic surgeon to do the job. Extremely disappointed with my decision to see him.
