Very nice doctor and staff and the waiting time is never long

I would recommend her highly.She gives you Immediate when you come in to see her. I have been going to see her for Atleast 10 years

When you want to see the doctor you sometimes need to wait 2 weeks to a month which is not for me, staff is not working to schedule you in before, if you’re in pain best scenario is go to someone who will be there for you

My father and mother both see Dr.Jhaveri. My mother needed to see the doctor for something urgent and the front desk staff said the next appt is 1 month away. So she wind up going somewhere else for this urgent matter. The front desk isn’t trained properly and they do not know what “urgent” means. They had my mother on hold for over an hour just to reschedule an appointment . Actually , you’d be lucky if they even answer the phone. This office is most hard to reach place ever. You have to wait outside before you can even check in. I mean atleast let the patients check in and have them wait back outside if the waiting room is full. And by full I mean like 3 patients only. As a medical office, the doctor and staff should be easily reachable. These are peoples lives. And if staff can’t and won’t do their job, maybe they need to find another career.

After waiting to see her for a month now. They refused to see me because my new insurance card didn’t have her name on. Something I could’ve fixed when I was done seeing her. I had no problem with Listing her as my Primary Dr. on my last insurance. So it was a waste of time and gas for an hour 1/2 drive to not being see. I never heard that the doctor name on the insurance card will be the one to get paid if I see her without her name on the card.

Dr Jhaveri has a very friendly office staff. The wait time is minimal.The appointments are scheduled very well . She is patient and answers your questions. She even once called me with my medical results . I reccomend her highly

I have never seen a Dr like Dr Jhaveri. She spends ample time with patients and answers all questions and does all the follow up required. I've never had a problem getting through to the office and she gets back to you right away. Her diagnosis skills are better then anyone I've ever seen, and she treats the root causes not the symptoms. She does not ask you for what is bothering you the most on your list and only address that. She considers your health holistically and addresses everything

It's been 1 month since my Physical and I had to call my for my blood work results every week for two and a half weeks. It's over a month now and the Rx the my DR supposedly wrote never made it to the pharmacy, when I asked what's going on the staff told me "our system shows we call you and the Rx was sent". I requested a new pharmacy and was told it's sent but the pharmacy said there nothing for me. I left a message for the DR to call me back, it's been a week now no response. Horrible service!

Excellent Doctor, She makes you feel very comfortable ,Listens and Answers all questions. I would recommend her to family and friends

No one ever picks up the phone, it almost impossible to reach someone. It's very annoying and puts me in a not pleasant so mood by the time I get a person on the other end, which makes me look bad!

It's very difficult to get in touch with the office, the voice recording does not specify office hours, nor does it allow you to leave a message. Besides that I have had a positive experience with Dr. Jhaveri, both my husband and I have been seeing her for the last five years.
