Having a scribe limits the visit
Definitely do not like having a male scribe in the room posting notes during the appointment on a lap top. This has been the case for every appointment I’ve had. I was not given a choice to be alone with the doctor to discuss very private (to me anyway) symptoms. I also felt she was dismissive regarding my concerns. I will not go back.

Unfortunately, I did not have a positive experience with Dr. Saha. She was very hasty in all of my appointments (I had seen her for over a year, multiple times), she was not thorough, and she did not seem to care that I continue to experience health issues. To me, it felt that she was in a hurry to move on. Despite the fact that Dr. Saha is qualified, professional, and knowledgeable, I received no answers or guidance from her regarding my gastrointestinal issues.

I have had Crohn’s Disease for over 10 years and have had several wonderful doctors. Dr. Saha is not one of them. She gave no thoughtful consideration to anything I said, despite my knowing my body and symptoms extremely well after all of these years and being very well educated on my illness. Any other GI doctor will tell you they really listen to their IBD patients because they know their body better than anyone. Furthermore, she made an error in the order for my infusion medication, causing me to flare for 9 months afterwards. To add insult to injury, as I went back to numerous appts regarding the flare, she never took responsibility for the error or even offered an apology. Instead, she dismissed its relevance and my strong emotions about it. She had no ideas on how to treat my Crohn’s; I never felt she listened to or respected me; and her haughty attitude was offensive. If I can prevent one person from choosing her, I’ll feel that I’ve done a great service.

Extremely rude person, lousy service, has no patience to serve foreigners. Insists on embarrassing the patient if he does not speak English and needs an interpreter. I don't recommend it to anyone, bad experience.

I’ve had the opportunity to assist Dr. Saha at the bedside during procedures, which made it a very easy choice to choose her as my endoscopist when I was in need...I have worked beside MANY excellent and reputable endoscopy doctors, most of them are excellent. When I added ‘excellent’ to ‘female’ I came up with Dr. Saha. She is one of THE best, her bedside manner is supreme, she remembers her patients even if it’s been over a year or two, she’s respected by her colleagues, assistants and patients. I give her 5+ stars and recommend her to every woman that I know, for screening and/or GI issues. She is simply an amazing doctor, anyone who choses her will be MORE than pleased.
