WORST experience ever!! Staff is completely incompetent. Arrived .5 hour early only 1 person was waiting.Desk person couldn't figure out how to verify my benefits took 2 hours kept telling me they didn't accept it. I waited 2.5 hours before calling me back. Girl took my wt took me to exam room then asked me what my wt was. Dr. Bass came in rambled on for .5 hour before i finally asked if he was going to rev the files my PCP sent over he kept asking what i thought, hello you're the DR not me!!!!
