Always VERY compationnate and goes above and beyond to help out his patients. Great bedside manner as well !!

Dr. Robert Florio is an EXCELLENT doctor, especially in his specialty! He's everything a doctor should be: Very intelligent, professional, highly skilled, personable & compassionate. Doesn't take my insurance. But he's very worth the time & money. Dr. Florio is truly an exceptional doctor & wonderful inspiration as a person. He's helped me make important, positive changes to have a better quality of life. Dr. Florio is a rare, phenomenal doctor & person who deserves to be highly respected & acknowledged.He's a miracle to me because my conditions had gotten so bad, there was no one willing to treat me. Anyone I've seen for help has offered only low quality treatment regardless of how much I was suffering. But Dr. Florio has much more integrity & does the best he can do to help improve your quality of life. He works with you to have a custom plan of treatment that consists of various healthy things, not just medication.

You don't find doctors like him anymore. He goes beyond what any other doctor would do for you. For instance he returned my call (the same day) and I was upset about another doctor. He called that doctor to help me get things straightened out, as their staff was incompetent. That's how much he cares about EVERY patient he has. The longest I had to wait was about 20 min. That doesn't happen very often. Usual wait time is about 10 minutes. Dr Florio actually wants to know about your issues, pain level and will run tests that are necessary for you. I can't say enough how unusual it is to find a doctor that knows about all his patients. He will sit with you as long as you need him. Not rushing you out the door.

Fairly good doctor, but disorganized. Tries to run the whole office alone, LONG wait, takes forever to return calls, and jumps between topics quickly and haphazardly during conversations. Half the time you’re getting interrupted a lot when trying to explain history or an update after a hospital visit (& you have to establish yourself as a patient again after every hospitalization). He’s a good guy and will spend time in appt, but I’d find a more legit office with organized staff and procedures.

Great doctor. Truly cares about his patients and takes the time to spend with them to make sure that all of their issues have been handled.
