Great Doctor!
Dr. Gluck, very thorough in his exams, the staff are courteous and polite. Dr. Gluck took his time in explaining what was wrong with me. The only thing is when his staff took my blood they didn't tell what was it for. This was for a Prostate exam. The staff took my blood and didn't get back to me with the results. I guess if something was wrong they would let me know. So I guess No News is Good News. Dr. Gluck is a great doctor and a nice guy. I recommend him.

Terrible Bedside Manners
Staff seemed borderline incompetent and rude. Dr. Gluck was an hour late, saw me for 2 minutes, wrote me a random prescription, and ran out of the room as I was asking questions. No follow-ups, and I had no idea what to do after.

My Doctor Robert Gluck urology specialist who has over 40 years of experience is very attentive and is one of the best urologists I've known. Robert Gluck warned me of the side effects of Laser Green Light Surgery,and told me not to do the procedure which has many side effects. My brother who is a Navy veteran tries to pressure me into doing it. The following day I confronted my brother and told him what my doctor had to say about it, and he throws a fit, and is in denial about the side effects I didn't follow through, so I'm happy.

Robert Gluck is the worst urologist you could possibly think of. Terrible manners, worst handling, inefficient, inattentive and refused to give the help I came for, offering his own technique rather than established practices. I will be suing him in a court of law.
