Best Surgeon
It’s been over 15 years since Dr. Herschel did my infusion in Des Moines Iowa. I’ve not had any issues and the scar is very minimal. My friend had the same surgery by different doctor and her scar is very noticeable and she still has issues.

Unsuccessful Surgery
Dr. Hirschel was recommended by my Orlando Health primary Dr. A cervical fusion was performed 4.5 years ago. Ever since surgery my neck has not been right. The pressure in neck area is hard to deal with on a day by day basis. I’ve been back to see Dr. Herschel many times along with many CT scans and MRI’s. Dr. Hirschel keeps telling me he can’t find anything wrong but nerve studies and physical therapist say there is some nerve impingement. I have asked for a recommendation for a nerve specialist with no response from the Dr. or his staff. I find this incomprehensible. My search for medical care continues.

There are not words to express how thankful I am that I was referred to Dr. Hirschl. He is an incredible surgeon but also listens when you speak. He tells you the truth but does it with kindness and compassion.

What a nightmare. You can never get anyone on the phone and they don't seem their act together. It was a nightmare coordinate the appointment for my Mother-In-Laws procedure. The Dr. nurse said she would have everything all set up when she spoke with my Sister in law on a Friday and then Monday am came and... guess what, the Assistant had quit her job that Fri The whole process was frustrating. As I write this review, I am sitting on hold to get an appointment to get her stitches removed.
