I have been a longtime patient of Dr. Robert Jeanfreau's.As he is a great doctor, he is not so great when you can't ever get in to see him.Every single time I call to make an appointment it's 3 months away. I have no desire to see the nurse. I want the doctor when needed. He needs to get more doctors in his practice or he's going to start losing patients. It was not like this when he was partners with Wallace, you could always get into see one of them. Wallace is great as well. Disappointed!

Dr. Jeanfreau has been my regular doctor for a number of years now. One of the things that stands out about Dr. Jeanfreau is that he does NOT rush you, and takes time to communicate clearly with you. He is polite, thoughtful and knowledgeable. -J. Frank

Very thorough. Great bedside manner. Easy to work with. Have been dealing with him for 10 years now. Some recent changes in staff have been welcomed. Highly recommended.

I've been seeing Dr J for about a year. I consistently have to wait a long time in the waiting room, or I'm passed off to a PA. I find it really hard to get appts with him. His staff doesn't return calls. Not sure what is going on here.
