Being a new patient we knew we would wait a little longer/have a longer appointment time but we were not expecting 2hrs of waiting. My appointment was at 11:45. I arrived at 11:15 that way I would have time to fill out paper work and such. We got called back for a pre appointment exam at 12:15ish got my eyes dialated and we've been sitting here waiting since then. So 11:30 to current time here 1:20pm we've been here for early 2 hours and haven't even seen the doctor yet.

Dr. Kasper is great. The 2+ hours in the waiting room after checking in on time is horrible. No doctor should keep you waiting that long. Total time for an eye exam...over 5 hours
