Dr. Robert Queale, DMD

Dr. Queale seems to be unaware that his patients are the ones lining his pockets. He is incredibly abrasive and rude. He made multiple insensitive comments. I scheduled my procedure with the other doctor in his practice, Dr. Strayer. Dr. Strayer is unbelievably kind and patient. Do NOT waste your time or money with Dr. Queale.

My daughter’s wisdom teeth had to be removed, but I was apprehensive about her going through the surgery. We met with Dr. Queale who explained the process in a straightforward manner which made us feel comfortable to move forward with the teeth extractions. He explained that the process had two parts; the surgery and then post-op recovery. He stressed that the second part of the process was the patient’s responsibility. The patient needed to follow the post-op instructions for ultimate healing. The better my daughter followed those instructions, the better the outcome. Dr. Queale did a great job with the surgery and my daughter did her part following Dr. Queale’s post-op instructions so she had no negative issues and recovered in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Dr. Queale.

During my consult I told him I was needle phobic. I elected to pay a whooping fee out of pocket for IV sedation. Dr. Queale did not wait for the sedation to take effect which resulted in me experiencing the full effect of four deep injections. His impatience was also demonstrated when I was ushered out of the building mere minutes after the extractions without so much as a blood pressure check even though he was well aware of my cardiac history. He should refund partial payments to those of us he chose to inject before anesthetics take effect. I phoned his office several days post excision with questions regarding regarding wound care and his receptionist was absolutely clueless. Her answers were vague and she never offered to check with him or his nurse for clarification. There's a reason he doesn't send patient satisfaction surveys or conduct follow up phone call checks. Patient care or comfort are not his priority.

I normally do not write reviews. But the unmitigated, arrogant, small-minded, fragile, hypersensitive, borderline abusive person this joker is, warrants it. Be prepared to talk him off a ledge and pacify his abrasive, outright mean personality. Absolutely ZERO compassion. HORRID bedside manner. I highly do not recommend. RUN!
