Dr. Robert Tufano, DO

It took me one month to get an appt with Dr. Tufano. I have seen him in the past when his office was on park blvd. today my appt was cancelled and hour and a half prior to my arrival. I was told the doctor left and did not feel well. I needed to be seen month ago and was told they can squeeze me in 2/6. The office manager Lucy is a total disgrace. She is rude and unprofessional. She told me she didn’t have to put up with my attitude! How dare her speak to any patient like this. This seems to be common practice of doctors offices to allow their staff to disrespect patients and try to talk down to them. I was sickenned by her behavior and more so that she acted this way with ease as of she did it all day long. I will be speaking to the owner of the practice and Dr. Tufano in person about the staff. How do healthcare providers condone this behavior.

I've been a patient of Dr. Tufano for almost a year and couldn't be happier with my new doctor. He's knowledgeable, thorough, kind and compassionate when dealing with high anxiety patients. The office is clean and the staff is friendly.

Never returned phone call after being sent for chest X-ray. Called 3x. After hour number is out of service. Have pneumonia

Been with Dr Tufano for nearly 10 years. Couldn't ask for a better physician. Staff is great and would recommend to anyone!

Dr. Tufano is a wonderful caring doctor, his staff truly tries hard to accommodate the patients. I have referred many friends and coworkers and have heard nothing but praise.

The most uncaring, unprofessional practitioner you will ever experience. This doctor allows his staff to talk down to his patients, hang up on them and yell at them. Does NOT return phone calls and does not follow up to make sure SICK patients are ok. He needs to be put OUT of practice.

Awful staff. Rude and do not care. Dr. Has to be chased down to get results.

The Doctors at this practice are exceptional, unfortunately the office staff is rude and unapologetic about it. I honestly can say that although I thankfully am not a frequent visitor of a doctor, I will be swithing doctors because of how rude and obnoxious his staff is. After all they allow this to go on. Very sad. Daria is the name of the latest rude office person there, but she is not the first. She will however be the last.
