Old School
This is an old school doctor's office. I'm surprise by the negative reviews as I've had nothing but good things to say. I was having back pain and needed a new PCP about a year ago and Dr Wainer and his staff have been wonderful. This isn't an office that herds you in and out like cattle. Everyone will take their time with you. You are not rushed. That means you may wait to be seen but, you then get the same time and attention of the staff. Staff is very kind and personable. Dr. Wainer is to the point and practical. He has connections all over Massachusetts with his years of practicing and was able to get me seen the following week by a surgeon. I'm lucky to have found such a great doctor who cares about his patients and acts as an advocate for your health and wellbeing.

One other patient had just come out, so I was seen quickly. He is rather silent, and I had the feeling he was not interested or hearing impaired.

Last Visit with Dr. Wainer was very emotional and sad because after 30 years of his service we are moving out off Massachusetts to Nevada. Dr. wainer and his great staff( Karen & Ann) they treat us like family. Dr. wainer he treated our illness with respect, Knowledge and sympathy. He was very kind , caring human being. We are going to miss his service and his staff very much. He is one best Doctor that we ever met.

I have been seeing Dr. Wainer for the last 30 years. He is one of the best Doctors I ever met and had the honor to be in his care. Dr. Wainer does not take care of your health problem when you visit him, he treats you as a family member with the out most care. He has wonderful staff that will take care of you and make you feel at ease the minute you enter his clinic. Dr. Wainer has been taking care of me for 30 Byears and I wish him the best for the next 30 years. xpeience
