First appt we didn't even see the doctor; we saw his NP who told us that a procedure was needed so that they could easily identify the issue. Had the procedure and then waited 4 weeks for the results. Finally after waiting almost 2 hours, Dr. Williams came in to tell us that results were good and tht our 6 year old should avoid alcohol and spicy foods. He is a sad excuse for a doctor.

Despite waiting weeks for an appointment, we did not get to see Dr Williams. Rather, his nurse practitioner came in the room to tell us he recommended a scope proceedure (based on office notes from our pediatrician?!?!). Our next step was to trust a doctor sight unseen with a sedated procedure. Needless to say, we have decided to see doctors outside of the Wilmington area for higher quality medical care.
