Horrible ER Experience
Zimmerman was abrupt, rude & downright condescending, during an ER visit. Obviously in a hurry & I was the last person he wanted to see. Definitely not the ER experience I was hoping for, in a hospital where I've had positive medical interactions for 20 years.

Very Attentive
Had a serious injury. Vitals were a bit concerning and ECG and other evaluations done to make sure things were fine. Surgical procedure was quick, good and painless. Thanks Robert!

My husband was in the ER for rigors and tachycardia and after an initial introductory visit, Dr. Zimmerman could hardly be bothered to check in on him, even when asked. At one point when he finally came in as my husband was becoming freaked out about his worsening symptoms, he said to my husband, "Well, I'm SORRY if you're uncomfortable," in an extremely patronizing and almost sarcastic way. He didn't explain anything about what might be going on to assuage my husband's concern, who is not a medical professional, so how would he know what was a concerning symptom or not? Shortly after that, his oxygen levels started dropping, so obviously something was wrong. If this physician is on duty at that ER when you need medical care, I would recommend you go elsewhere.

This guy was terrible. My wife suffers from migraines and has seen a neurologist in the past for the issue. She had surgery for them which dramatically reduced our trips to the ER for shot of dilauded. I understand Kaiser is moving away from this treatment plan, however when you see the specialist that your refered too and that specialist agrees this is the best treatment plan and you don't want to treat your patient, you should be ashamed of yourself.
