If I could give 0 starts I would. Absolute worst Doctor I have ever seen. Rude, rushed, condescending and judge-mental. Does not care about how the patient feels. I left the appt feeling absolutely terrible.

Dr. Lucas took me as a new patient on a Saturday and I only waited a couple of days to get in. She did surgery on my hand that day! I highly recommend her nd now I have a future appointment for both my husband nd myself. Thank-you so much Dr.Lucas!

Dr. Lucas provided some degree of care but with no explanation about post treatment care and with exceptionally long wait times (almost an hour on two occasions). Very slow to respond to questions (weeks). Staff at D/H were friendly but make mistakes such as scheduling the wrong amount time for procedure. Would not recommend.

This doctor saved my life a decade ago, by being willing to listen to me about an unusual symptom and so helping me find a cancer, that wasn't even a skin cancer!! You are lucky if you get to see her!

×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Lucas?
I found Dr. Lucas to be abrasive and offensive, not addressing my aging concern with any sort of empathy, but rather offering advice for a more dramatic treatment than what I intended to discuss with my visit. Her style of entering the clinical appointment with not only a resident physician, but also her nurse and a nursing assistant, was off-putting as well. I did not feel any sort of privacy or confidence with the setting of four clinicians during my most private consult. Having worked in the health industry overseas and in the USA over many years, and having had exemplary clinical care as a patient, as well as having worked alongside highly professional physicians of nearly every discipline in major city hospitals, I would not recommend Dr. Lucas to any family, friend or colleague. I believe there are many exceptional doctors who provide exemplary clinical services with the utmost empathy for a patient's sensitivities. In my experience, Dr. Lucas is not one of them.

Very knowledgeable and freely shares her knowledge. Also the skin products sold in her office are reasonably priced, unlike my previous dermatologist.
