Ignored my CT results
He said I was making my symptoms up and that both of the CTs I had done must of been for a different pt because I didn't look sick at the time of the visit.

Too Late to everything... don't go here.
Dr. Roberto Ponce is horrible. He said to be at the hospital by 8:00. He showed up at 11:00. The waiting room was completely full. Every single person waiting was his patient. We stood in the hallway for 3 hours waiting for him. No place to sit. He was late by 3 hours. Took a full 8 hours for a 1 hour procedure. Didn't speak to me before or after the procedure. Everyone on staff in the hospital says he is always late. ALWAYS. Right before the procedure I saw him and he looked me in the eye and walked away from me. Was no where to be found afterward in recovery. I have told my cardiologist, who recommended him, about the experience and they will no longer refer patients to him. Complete lack of respect for my time and the person who took 2 hours off to drive me home....which turned into a full 8 hour vacation day. His lack of caring cost me money and my ride the time away from work. WORTHLESS. DISRESPECTFUL. NEVER AGAIN. FIND SOMEONE ELSE.

I went to his office two times and the wait time was very long, hours indeed. Appointment times mean nothing for them. Appointments are given for times the doctor is not in the office and no one knows when exactly he is gonna show up. The staff does not react well when you ask how much longer you’ll have to wait. Don’t bother showing up in time for an appointment before 5 pm because the doctor is not going to be there and you’ll have to wait for him.

The office building smells horrible. They charge 50 cents per card transactions (what kind of doctor does this?), and they do not respect appointment times. I waited for 45 minutes and had to walk out before being called back. They refunded me my copay, but refused to give me back the 50 cents they charged to swipe my card. Absolutely ridiculous.
