Unprofessional business
I went to this place for generating a medical report.To generate the report, I would need to first take a few vaccine shots, and then fax the record to the Doctor, Roberto B. Salva-Otero.However, after I took all the vaccine shots, I tried faxing the record to the number provided by the Doctor, it was busy every time, and the faxing has been unsuccessful with about 10 times of trials.I then called the office number, after over 10 times of calling during normal business hours, no response.With this overall experience, I would NOT recommend anyone who needs serious medical advice, or to generate any medical report to visit this place. It is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL.
