Over 65's 'not covered'?
I had seen Dr. Turner in years past and liked him, however when I had a problem in the past year, I was told that my insurance wouldn't cover it since I'm over 65. Office staff seemed very hostile. So I found another very knowledgeable Dr in the area, 100% covered by my insurance.

Billing hassles & Working 1/2 days
Dr Turner is a good doctor BUT the billing issues are not worth going to see him. He has pregnant women sign a contract to pay for services ahead of time, but the the office bills you again for all your doctors appointments. If you need afternoon appointments, you are unable to go since they are only open in the morning.

Shady Billing Practices
The doctor was great. The office staff and their practices are horrible. They charged me $300 for a doctor visit. When I explained my copay was only $40, I was told they do that in the event that my insurance did not pay them. Once my insurance paid I would be reimbursed. This was in May, my insurance covered 100% 10 days later. I have reached out, my insurance has reached out on my behalf for almost 3 months for my refund. We have been told they do not have a billing office we could speak with. Been told we would get a call back and no one call. After reading reviews I have found out that I am not the only one this has happened to from this doctors office.

The wait time is RIDICULOUS!! MA & Receptionist is the only staff that is caring. But the office manager is very RUDE & unprofessional especially when patients are in the office. Sucks for the Dr. that someone else is running patients out of the office. Definitely would not recommend.

My experience with dr turner seems to be like many others. I truly think he is a good knowledgeable doctor. BUT, his office is way too busy. He has no nurse or NP, its just him and his nurse assistant. Your wait time is an hour plus before even called to room, then another half hour. His front office staff is terrible, and its not their fault. I can see the stress on Ashley's face because she has so much work and no help. For as busy of an office as he has, he really should atleast hire a NP to

I absolutely love Dr Turner and his office staff. I am in the medical field and its HARD to find good staff to go with the doctor. Old school all the way when it comes to caring about the patient in every aspect. Nobody likes going to woman visits but Dr Turner is not only your medical doctor, you feel like he is also a friend:)

He was wonderful and so nice it was his office staff that made be feel stupid for my concerns with my pregnancy. His nurses we terrible at explaining anything and I just felt very pushed to the side especially when I had concerns.

Dr. Turner is amazing! Being pregnant with my first child, everything was obviously very new for my husband and I...Dr. Turner is caring and was there for us the whole nine months! He has a wonderful sense of humor and I never felt rushed when I would have an appointment. He answered all of my questions. The staff is very friendly! Whenever it's time for baby number two... Dr. Turner is my guy! :)

when i first went to doctor Turner i was amaze about him. Before he would even exam he would come in tell you what he's going to do. The best Doctor ever i met. I was upset do to my hubsand insurance changing and had to go to another OB which i'm still not please with.

Dr. Turner is such an amazing Doctor! He was so patient, knowledgable, reassuring and understanding. He also has a great sense of humor. He delivered my son and I never thought I would have such an amazing experience.
