Customer Service
Dr. Carr is an excellent primary care physician! What has influenced me to find another doctor is the lack of communication of the administrative and support staff. I left multiple messages, sent a certified letter, and to this date no one has had the professional courtesy to respond to my non-medical critical inquiries. This is unacceptable. Further, a wait time of 1 - 3 hours (which is the norm) is beyond unacceptable. I hate to leave Dr. Carr, but services outside of his immediate care are deplorable!

The fact that there are complaints about wait time is because he must be a great doctor and he has many paients and takes time with each one. Over scheduling is essential to a business; happens with airlines, dentists and surgeons. Want fast service? Go see a doctor nobody else wants to see.

I have been with this practice for 21 years, overall I feel heard and supported. It has severed me as a place of strength and true intentional care. I have had to voice my feelings and my concerns but still I am greatful that their are a team of doctors that I can proudly say literally they make me feel I am in the right place. I have seen many of them during my years, and yes I do have my favorites, as to say one of them is Dr. Roger Carr, he has awesome Bedside manners, he like a brother, a cousin type energy, very down to earth. We have had the type of open communication that has allowed me to love on this practice... They are an excellent team of professionals..

Good doctor. Seems to not rush but he’s busy. He did make sure I got a call back to get my meds when I asked for assistance after leaving several messages for the staff.

It was terrible and I only wanted a referral. It was my initial new patient visit. My appointment was at 12:15 pm, I arrived at 11:30 and began filling out forms at the counter. I was told to complete the forms from my car and I would be sent a text when he was ready to see me. The form indicated that the good doctor required 48 he notice for cancellations. The charge from 30 to 50 dollars. At 12:35 and still no call or text, I went back in to be told, there were 3 people ahead of me. I immediately canceled the appointment and would advise others to avoid this place. It would appear the good doctor values his time and does not want to be kept waiting. However he has no problem overbooking and making his patients wait.

I have been a patient of Dr. Carr for years. He is genuine and provides excellent and through care. My only complaint is the wait time for appointments (he is constantly overbooked and/or "running behind" on appointments. The customer service of the office staff leaves something to be desired at times as-well (that is more of office management issues)....If you can get pass that, he is a great doctor.

We went to see Dr. Carr. Our appointment was 11:15. We saw him at 1:15. I felt we were just another number to him. He had to rush off to his next patient.

Let me started off by saying I am not a person who likes to visit doctor's office. I am too busy and too non compliant to follow doctor's orders! I had my first office visit with Dr. Roger Carr today! I have heard plenty raving reviews about this doctor, now I know why. He is genuinely a caring doctor who is also extremely knowledgeable about internal medicine and easily attune to his patient's nature and needs. I'll Be Back! I will recommend him strongly to any one who is looking for a doctor.

I saw this doctor on two visits and neither times did he do a actual assessment on me. He did not palpate or listen to any heart, lungs, thyroid, gastric (head to toe assessments). He reviewed my history, talked to me, billed my insurance company and then I was hit with the balance.
