2 years of appointments, injections, prescriptions. You wait literally hours to be seen. Never comes close. Sits with his computers and leaves after approximately 10 minutes. Looking back I don’t know why hospitals associate with him.

Dr. REINHART is very attentive and personable. I
I left feeling very confident about my medical options. He had a rep from the medical device company spend time with me, as well as one of his patients who had just gone through the same procedure. I feel much better about making my decisions after visiting with Dr. Reinhart.

An Amazing Doctor
I walked into Dr Reinhart's office on a cane and walked out 90% pain free. If they had a 10 star rating here that's what I would give Dr Reinhart.

Effective long lasting relief
He took time with me to understand my neck problem and get xrays etc . done. His staff kept things moving and a week late I had my first injection. After the second injection, I was pain free and have remained that way for the last 5 years. The reason his office is crowded is he is GOOD at his job, yet I never had a very log wait.

Bad diagnosis
I saw Reinhart after I had fallen and fractured C-5 and T-7. Both fractures healed nicely but I still had pain in my left shoulder blade. I tried to explain my pain and my fall. Reinhart’s response was he’s the doctor and HE would talk. He then tested my strength in my left arm. After numerous test he declared my arm was going to atrophy to the point of being a dead limb. He then proceeded with shot in C-5 and had his nurse get approval for a series of injections from Medicare. I was extremely upset and depressed at losing the use of my left arm. I decided to get my primary DOCTOR to evaluate. The first thing he said was “I don’t think it’s your neck, but your rotator cuff in your shoulder. This is what I was trying to tell Dr. Know-it-all before he interrupted me and he said he’s the doctor and he would speak. After am MRI and rotator cup surgery I have no pain and TOTAL USE OF MY LEFT ARM. Scaring me with an unnecessary diagnosis because his EGO won’t take the time to listen!

HORRIBLE!!!! Waited Over 2.5 hours to see Dr Reinhart. Once seen the doctor spent 5 minutes with me, if that. Also having billing issues and the office manager does not call you back, has been over 2 weeks and still waiting for a call. My insurance company is also still waiting for a call back. I got billed and charge for my visit before they even sent a claim into my insurance company. Stay away!!!

A doctor you don't want to choose. Don't expect him to respect your time. He is chronically late, as much as three hours. I have seen three patients walk out in anger shouting about long waits. His bedside manner is pretty good but not worth the waits and the cold, seemingly uncaring treatment by his staff. Their treatment is no doubt influenced by the complaints which are evident if you sit near the reception window. The doctor now advertises on tv, which is perhaps a sign that he burns through patients. I would not be surprised if the relatively large staff turns over quite frequently as well.

Dr. Reinhart Is a very caring doctor who listens carefully and explains in detail. The wait time at his office is longer than usual but he is worth the wait given the time he spent explaining details of my condition. He involve me in the decision-making about my treatment plan and did not force me to except a treatment plan I was not comfortable with. His office staff was very pleasant and helpful.

My surgeon faxed over my paperwork over a week ago they never called. Called they told me they need to review my case and call back. They had my info for over a week how long does it take? They said they would call me back by the end of the day they never returned my call I called them and they said they are busy and will not be getting to it today multiple reviews have said the same thing, I don't know how he is personally but his staff is horrible. I will NOT deal with horrible service and unprofessional and lazy people.

Horrible. The wait times are beyond CRAZY. Two hours is standard. They serve breakfast and lunch because the wait is so long. He personally is an excellent doctor, (I think), but his office staff has absolutely NO FOLLOW UP. They NEVER get back to you. You have to call THEM go get anything moved forward. With that said, to me, there is no competent Pain Management doctor in the Coachella Valley!

Dr Reinhart is so wonderful kind and truly goes the extra mile to make sure you get more than just a slap on the back and a shot in the butt! However on the flip side he is so popular that your wait time is 1-2 hrs!! I think he’s worth it !!!

Dr. Reinhart’s mission statement ...“We treat every patients medical issue as if it were an emergency”.How true this is! With each visit to his office we found each member of his team, pleasant, interacting and giving of the time and attention that was needed. Dr. Reinhart provided me the pain relief during my 3 years of treatment until traditional methods no longer worked, spinal surgery was the next step in my journey. I can not thank Dr. Reinhart enough for his dedication to his profession

This is not on the doctors in this office but on the office staff. I’ve been in a lot of pain but in order to get an help I needed to be seen to send an authorization to my insurance. This happened Tuesday 11/14/17 and still nothing has been sent to my insurance because according to the ones that are in charge of sending out the referrals they have up to 5-7 business days to send them out. They do not take into consideration of how much pain the patient is in, today is 11/2017 still no treatmen!

Long wait (1-2 hours) and definitely an assembly line feel. Staff has always been friendly, and although the Dr and PA don't seem to have a lot of empathy for what they are putting you through, they do seem to know what they are doing, which is really the most important thing.

Worst office ever! The doctor is not that friendly, and doesn't seem to want to get to know you and your condition. His staff is also very rude and unsympathetic, especially his PA. They tried to prescribe medications that would interact with my current meds. and kept forgetting my medical history every time I went in. Also, for my first visit, I waited THREE hours to see the doctor. The next few visits, I waited an hour and a half. No apologies or reasons were ever given!

This guy is great. He knows what he's doing and truly cares about his patients. He's very busy, so you might have to wait a bit at times, but well worth it. Dr. Reinhart wants to help you, let him. Dan McBride (PA) is knowledgeable and very caring as well.
