The best ENT in the south!
Dr. Allen is an amazing ENT! Hes done 3 of my daughter’s surgeries from ages 1-5. He’s very knowledgeable, very personable and all around a great Dr.

Awesome Doctor
This doctor is so nice My daughter’s right eardrum was totally clogged. She could not hear she was in panic mode. They got her back the next day at 8 AM and got the hard stuff out her ears. I will forever be grateful to this place. My daughter was so scared and sad and this doctor, totally saved the day. Thank you, Dr.

Can?t give you a review. Had an appt at 4:15pm office closes at 5pm. Dr Allen left for the day while I was in the waiting room. I left work early for this scheduled appointment. Front desk was honest in telling me he just randomly leaves at the end of the day. They usually know when he?s leaving and catches him if he still has patients. I was asked to reschedule but chose to see the NP instead. This was a horrible experience and I am very upset about the blatant disregard for my time and needs as a patient. Yes, I am taking this treatment very personal. The wait for the NP wasn?t long and she listened to my concerns.

Great experience
Dr Allen took the time to explain what and why he was doing the procedure. Very personal and caring. He has great bed side manners and truly cares about your well being and treating your problem. Very patient and makes sure he answers all questions prior to discharging you! Absolutely great Dr and 5 star experience with him and his staff! Highly recommend! DR ALLEN
EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS SOME CONFUSION AS TO WHAT DR. I WAS SCHEDULED TO SEE IT WAS QUICKLY RESOLVED AND I PROMPTLY SAW DR ALLEN. AS USUAL HE WAS TERRIFIC CHECKING MY CONCERNS AND ASSURING ME THAT I NEEDED NO FURTHER CARE. TOTAL TIME IN OFFICE WAS 30 MINUTES FOR TOTAL CHECK OF EARS NOSE AND THROAT. DOESNT' GET ANY BETTER THAN THAT.
