I have been going to Dr. Lee for over 40 years now. He is the most caring doctor there is. He gives you as much time as you need and explains everything. I am very sad that he is retiring. I am not sure I will find another doctor like him.

Excellent doctor!
I’ve been with Dr. Lee for 7-years now. From biopsy and through treatment at UROCENTER. He has ALWAYS been a great listener, caring, and above all extremely knowledgeable. Now, I’m cancer free. Don’t listen to these stupid reviews who berate a doctor for appointment mishaps and other factors not in his control.

Irresponsible and non-professional staff
Irresponsible and non-professional staff. I made a follow-up appointment with doctor Ronald D Lee one year ago. Because I took it a long time ago, I called the office 10 days prior to my appointment to confirm it. I left a voicemail with my info then next day someone called me and confirmed the appointment date and time (unfortunately did not take her name but I attached the logs of the calls). When I went to my appointment today Friday Jan-13-23, the lady at the front desk told me doctor Ronald D Lee doesn't work on Fridays since a long time ago, someone should be called you to reschedule. I told her no one called me, and you guys confirmed it nine days ago. The office has my phone number, email and portal but I have not heard anything regarding rescheduling or canceling my appointment. Then I asked if Nurse Sara or any other doctors can take me today but of course they were booked. This old lady was very arrogant and mean. Irresponsible and non-professional staff. They just wasted my

This is the worse office you could ever make an appointment with! They do not communicate well with the insurance company, they do not return calls. The office staff could use some serious training!!

This doctor is not professional. My husband's surgery was cancelled last minute because he and his team failed to respond back to the hospital as it was told to us by the hospital. He would not return our calls for 3-4 days and when he did his first word was what's up! Horrible doctor and nursing staff
