Stay away from this doctor. I had annual physical exam with a blood test (should be covered by health insurance company). This doctor decided to send me to advanced blood test without discussing this with me. I ended up paying 300$ for a physical exam. Later he did not even explain the results of this advanced test and why I needed it. Also I he seemed arrogant to me, but it is just personal opinion.
