For physicals, this practice is satisfactory. But if you have chronic conditions that require a physician be available often or in an emergency, go elsewhere. They are only open four days a week, do not answer phones during all those hours, take 1.5 hour lunches and do not respond on weekends or Wednesday’s. You cannot leave messages at any time. Also, their nurse aides are terrible at blood draws (terrible!) and often seems distracted. Hartford Healthcare should instruct this practice to align with their standards.

I just got my medical records from Dr. Venti since I moved away. Looking back now, and reading her notes it's clear how many useless exams and blood works she ask me to do. No other doctors ever suspected of the same "problems" that she diagnosed.
