The best doctor I have ever had. She takes the time with you and makes sure you understand everything excellent doctor

Office visits are more social than medical. She does not explain things effectively, at times appears bored during office visit. Little to no respect for pts. time, always late to office and then behind schedule for the rest of the day. I once had an appt. for 3:00pm and was called back into exam rm. at 7pm. Nice lady, poor physician.

I would recommend her for anybody she's very thorough and caring I would say

She like to prescribe mental heath medication for long periods of time. She does not have mental health education and should refer out to doctors that deal with mental. Causes narcotics addictions

I love Dr. Sia. She takes time with you as a patient to explain things and to listen to what is happening in your health life. Yes, you may have to wait in her office for your appointment, but that is because she is taking time with another patient, the same kind of time she will take with you. Well worth the wait!

Fantastic doctor! The wait time is long but that’s an easy price to pay for quality healthcare from an amazing doctor!

I worked as a Nurse and know what to expect from a doctor and for years had very bad experiences with doctors. Well I almost gave up on ever seeing any doctors ever. Then God Bless me with Dr Ruby, who spends quality time with me and listens and helps me to come up with alternative treatments because I have huge medication allergies. This doctor saved my life and has given me back a great quality of life! I would not hesitate recommending Dr Sia to people who want a quality of life and not addicted to medications.

Dr.Sia is super great! However it does take forever in the waiting room I got out of her office 1 night a few years back at 8:26PM I was not real happy, also she is internal medicine not mental health or psychiatric & tries to treat &/or medicate regardless. It seems as though they schedule like 5 - 6 appts for the same time or same hour & it literally takes anywhere from an hour & a half to 5 & a half hours from start to finish & appts are always at least 2 months out? Not sure what it's all about & the younger front office girl likes to play games on the phone she listened to me state my name & explain what my call pertained to then she proceeded to act as if she couldn't hear me & hung up 3 times in a row & then the other slightly older office lady proceeded to do the same only 1 time the second time she answered I asked her "CAN YOU HEAR ME?" She replied yes & we got it handled however that is just ridiculous somebody needs to grow up & also be professional!! The WAIT NOOOOoooo????

Wait times can be long at times. Patients should prepare or keep this in mind before going there.

She starting treating my friend for anxiety. She gave my friend prescription for anti depresants! My friend only got worse! She went back to Dr. Sia and Dr. Sia changed her meds and my friend still got worse!! As it turned out Dr. Sia is a MD!! Dr. Sia is not a Psychiatrist!! Dr. Sia is not qualified to treat to treat psychiatric disorders!! Beware of this Dr.!! She oversteps her boundries! I was with my friend at her visits and Dr. Sia was vague in answering questions.

Wait times to get appointment and then wait times in the waiting room are long, otherwise fine.
