Waited over 45 mins and never was seen. Had people come in after and get seen but nothing. Not sure if DR was even there. Terrible experience do not recommend. Had other patients even laughing about why i wasn’t seen…

Wonderful Office and Doc
Dr Dharia has.been my Doctor for about 3-4 years. When I am unable to get a quick appt. I see one of his very professional APRN. Joanne is the one I see most often. She is very knowledgeable and caring. I have many serious issues and they are always able to diagnose and fix my issues. We all need to understand there is a shortage of Docs and nurses and although we Floridians have been spoiled in past years. The new realty: if the Doctor and staff are excellent they will be very busy! The alternative is for the patient to be refused any appt. d to lack of times available. No pun intended: be patient you will have someone to see you asap.

Where is Dr. Dharia ?
I was referred to Dr Dharia in 2018. My first visit with him was for a routine checkup and I was favorably impressed. Five years later and I've never seen him again. All subsequent appointments have been with a (competent) Nurse Practioner. This was fine for routine appointments. In 2022, I became ill and verbally requested that Dr Dharia join his Nurse Practioner for my visit. I was told he would come in towards the end. He didn't. Getting prescriptions filled is a nightmare. Last year I went without a daily med for four days due to someone's incompetence. Today, I sit home immobilized and in great pain from chronic siatica. I have called eight times in the last three days to re-fill a muscle relaxant script. No call back or reply. I am loathe to leave this review but enough is enough.

they canceled my appointment & does not call back
After several bad experiences I am done with this meat market of an office. They canceled my appointment, then I call and ask why? they said they no longer accept my insurance, after calling Blue Cross they said they do accept it, so I call them back, they said ok we will look into it and call you back, a week goes by and no call back so I call again, they say they will look into it and call me back by the end of the day, after three days of again not getting called back they say of course we take your insurance, and say that I canceled my appointment, I say whatever ok lets schedule an appointment, they say they have no appointments for months now but because of all the issue they will call me back and get me in for an appointment, no call back again for 3 weeks, im done and now I probably need blood pressure medicine for the first time in my life for just trying to deal with the joke situation of this office

Dr Dharia is a good doctor his office staff is the absolute worst. My wife was told she needs to get a breast ultra sound by Dr Dharia because here mammogram showed a lump. 2 weeks later and 8 phone calls later they keep sending the script for the ultra sound to the wrong imaging center. Heather keeps saying she understands, you would think if she did understand it would been done correctly the second time and not 8 calls and is still being sent to the wrong place.

While Dr. Dharia is an excellent physician, it is nearly impossible to get to see him. Just like someone else commented, I too called on Dec. 28 needing to see him for a potentially serious issue and was told his next available appointment was August! That’s right, August!!! And this is typical of the wait time to get an appointment with him. So I ask, what’s the point of having him as your physician if you can’t get to see him when you need to?

While I like Dr Dharia himself his office staff for the most part are not overly caring or polite. Instead of a hello, how are you, you get a curt your co pay is... The personnel at the desk & on the phone are almost rude, speaking down to you, which for me is very off putting. I had actually mentioned this to Dr Dharia in the past. I know the doctor is leaning more to concierge medicine but if this is the way his staff plans on speaking to high end patients he should be concerned.
