Good doctor, Incompetent staff
Dr. Rahman is an excellent physician . His bedside manner is incomparable, but his staff is wholly incompetent and unprofessional. They don’t answer their phones. Their website specifically states they do not return messages. Someone might look at the portal once or twice a week? I don’t know. When it took me nine days to get a prescription filled, their excuse included a snowstorm (which happened a week after I requested the prescription refill), and when I suggested that not being able to reach anyone was a poor way to run a business, they told me I could take my healthcare elsewhere. And I suggest that you do so as well.
