I have had a great experience with the staff, but I was prescribed a medication and for far called 5x and the problem is still not resolved.

I find his office staff (Jordan) to be very rude, uninviting and non-helpful! As for Shahzad..I wouldn't refer my worst enemy to him! He is rude, combative, nasty, impatient and most of all UNCARING! Please find a different doctor, he is not very nice!

I have been seeing Dr. Shahzad for three years now. Although the first appt. was a little rough around the edges, I now find him to be very compassionate and caring with a good sense of humor thrown in to boot. He answers all my questions thoroughly and I never feel rushed during the appt. I am always treated respectfully in the office and there is very little waiting time. I like this doctor, trust this doctor and hope to be under his care for years to come.

If I could use Zero stars regarding a recommendation, I would. He is very impatient, does not want to listen to the patient. We had seen him about 4 years ago, and couldn’t remember why we didn’t return. Now we remember why. He became verbally combative as to why we didn’t return. We had to get up to leave because he was not going to hear what the health issues were. We arrived at 130 for a 230 appointment and we were seen at 315. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone.

We are so thankful to have found Dr Shahzad to care for my mother. No one was able to help her until we found this physician. He is patient, caring, and willing to take time to explain and answer questions. The staff is kind and helpful. We are happy to recommend and promote this doctor and his office.

The reason this doctor has bad reviews, is because they are well deserved. I would give NO star for his review if I were able to. I went to the emergency room yesterday for severe acute nerve pain and went to Dr. Shahzad today to follow up. I have seen him before for headaches. I am in such severe pain I can barely walk, sit, and I can not sleep. I hurt so severely that I literally cry. I misunderstood a question he asked me, and he YELLED at me like I was a child. No advise, no help, nothing.

My father was assigned to Dr. Shahzad when admitted to Bayfront for a stroke. Our experience is that he has extremely poor interpersonal skills and is especially condescending towards women. When meeting with my father, he demonstrated a lack of interest in understanding the challenges he was dealing with since he had been able to answer the doctor's basic questions. For these reasons, we will not be going back to Dr. Shahzad; nor would I ever recommend him.

Dr. Shahzad cared for my mother for a year. She was placed on home hospice for COPD only. Medicare pays 100% for any physician visits or diagnostics for anything else. My mother is now having tia's and is in the throes of some kind of undiagnosed dementia. Dr. Shahzad refuses to see her. I've even had the Social Worker call and try to explain it to his staff. ZERO continuity of care. I tried to report him to the Better Business Bureau, but he's not listed. Don't waste your time.

I saw Dr. Shahzad today and was very impressed with his professional knowledge and bedside manner. I noticed one of the other comments about Dr. Shahzad was not favorable and I strongly disagree with the comment that was made. I found him to be excellent in every respect. In my 29 years of hospital management positions I have met many physicians and would place Dr. Shahzad in the highest category.

This was the the most frightened I have ever been in the presence of a physician I would encourage anyone seeking a neurologist to not put yourself in the his care for any reason. If you, as I was, in need of emergency care find an advocate to research this man if you are unable to do this for yourself.I f you are physically in need of care you will need strong emotional support following an encounter with this man.
