My first time visit was three days ago I have hashmoto disease for years yes I been to three Endro’s Dr. Bunick was the first when I moved to Tennessee she retired so I found Dr. Williams til my insurance ran out then tried Mahmood (cold and bed side manners was like talking to a wall) heard good things about Dr. Hamwii and my first time visit was brief and I was not ask the Basic get to know you questions, it seemed rushed and distracted over all aside from the dancing around questions routine I’m willing to give him more of a chance to prove he is the right fit for me I witnessed him jumping straight into a meeting moments after leaving my exam room so he may have been having a bad busy day, although first impressions mean alot seems it could have took a little more time on my very complicated health crisis. I traveled a distance I had prepared for more of an experience with him but left feeling unheard and disappointed but like I said I will see what the future holds for us

Dr Hamwi is very attentive. And he knows Diabetes. When I started with him my A1C was 9.5 now I am at 5.6. Big difference. With him getting the combination of my meds right I have not only lowered my A1C but my weight has went from 254 to 182 and I am still losing. Thank you Dr Hamwi!!!!

I have been seeing him for several years now. I find him great, especially the way he is so attentive to your case. He cares. I wish he wasn't so far away (I live in Powell, TN) but honestly, I am ok to make that drive to see him. I think he is great and I'd certainly recommend him!
