Dr. Said Jacob, MD

Pick anyone else, really.

This is a terrible operation. Dr. Jacob is extremely inflexible and will not make any accommodation for his patients. His office is very poorly run and the staff are often rude. I experienced this myself and I saw the same pattern play out in dozens of interactions while I was in his waiting room. For a professional that is supposed to be providing emotional and psychological support, there is a shocking lack of care and compassion on display. Do not trust these people with your mental health. I did and it was a mistake.

My first visit with this doctor was a disappointment. I waited a long time to get an appointment with him and to my dismay when I got there I was seen by Jeromy Asido. I was disappointed that I did not see him. Honestly, I was disappointed at the type of care I received. To make matters worse I paid my deductible and they keep sending me a bill for it. I discussed with their business office in San Diego they checked with the Glendora staff and the pmt., was not there. Given my 1st experience i did not go to my second appointment. Of course two months later I get a bill for the miss appointment for $20. I sent the payment and today I received a bill showing non pmt for my 1st visit and a charge of $30 for the second. Their office staff is not too courteous.

Just wanted to give Dr. Jacob and his staff a huge thank you and I know making appointments can be hard but not impossible but still managed to get through. Besides timing for an appointment Dr. Jacobs and his staff were always nice and mindful due to time-consuming appointments. Overall Dr. Jacobs is a very understanding, kind, and good person and doctor. I can not speak for other's experiences however my experience with Dr. Jacob was great 10/10.

Horrible, too long of a wait to see this thing that calls his self a doctor.The staff is even worse than the doc.BAD TO THE COE.BOTH DOC & STAFF BAD TO THE CORE.I WOULD NEVER TELL OTHERS TO SEE HIM, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.WORTHLESS

I finally decided to write this review because of extra measures Dr. Jacob and his staff have taken to help my situation. Besides always managing to squeeze me into their booked schedule, the lines of communications are always open. For example, during the instances when I needed to reschedule my appointment, the staff was mindful of the time I had already waited so that I didn’t have to wait even longer. I would rank Dr. Jacob as excellent because of his knowledge and compassion
