Very Rude Doctor
Dr K was rude and condescending for no apparent reason. I was shocked at her behavior. She would not offer explanations or answer basic questions. She became frustrated if I asked a question. This was not a routine visit, I had a serious medical issue. Although I was very polite and respectful to her she spoke to me like I was inferior to her in some way. It was strange and disappointing. I have never experienced this with another medical professional. This happened on more than one occasion. I won’t ever make the mistake of going back. Women with health issues are in a vulnerable position and she shows no compassion whatsoever.

No call back
I have called and left messages twice that I needed to speak to someone about test results been over a week no call back. This has caused me extreme anxiety! Ended up having to make an appointment with MD Anderson so I can get answers. Have seen this doctor for 10 years I will not be going back!!!

The answering service was rude, raised there voice and basically said I was out of luck on my medicine when it was there fault, when I called numerous times about filling in my prescription they said to call back a couple times and then the final call I made that’s when they said the doctor was already out. Again very rude, what is the point of their job if they cannot help or even fill a simple BC prescription that is prescribed for endometriosis. The answering service wouldn’t give me her name or the other rude lady’s name, as they probably knew they were horrible and didn’t want to get in trouble. I WILL be calling Monday and be getting answers I also will NOT be recommending this office anymore, the office ladies are rude and to talk over a patient that is having trouble getting their medication refilled is super unprofessional.

A few years back I had gotting imaging done and was told I had a cyst on one ovary. Worried, I saw dr.kadiyala. She confirmed my cyst and said it was serious and would probably need surgery, then said I also had a tilted uterus and could have trouble having children. I went for a second opinion after and was told the cyst was due to ovulation, which apparently is all too common, and no I did not have a tilted uterus, and I have a child now, no issues what so ever. During this visit I had nexplanon in my arm. She asked about what methods I was using to prevent pregnancy, I said just the nexplanon, she gasped in horror and said "oh no! What if he cheats on you?!" Immediately I was offended. I get it happens, but seriously? She didn't know my marital status, regardless it was a dramatic reaction and not necessary. Completely annoyed (and freaked about her telling me I had reproductive problems) I vented to a married friend who saw her too, she also was asked warned cheating while ttc...

My first time visit Dr. Kadiyala’s office was far less than stellar. I walked into the office, there was no place to sign in, nothing that stated what to do, other than a sign on the receptionists window that stated “Do not tap on the glass”. Apparently not being greeted when you walk in is normal here. Later, I was placed in a room and was asked quite a few questions by someone that didn’t even introduce themselves to me. She told me to get naked from the waist down, take my bra off, sit on the table, and cover up with a paper blanket. OVER AN HOUR LATER the PA finally came in. With her I felt pressured and like she didn’t have time for my questions. The brush for my pap was sitting uncovered on the counter the entire time I’d been in the room and who knows how long before then. I asked her to use a clean one. Also, I don’t even know where she got the speculum from or if it was sanitary. I DID NOT have a good experience and I hope they really review their practices.

I saw Dr. Kadiyala for several years before I moved from the area. I was very comfortable with her, and she made sure to address all of my healthcare needs. At my first appointment, she calculated my BMI and mentioned that it could be better. Many doctors don't mention this, but should because it affects so much more than just how clothes fit. When I lost the weight, she congratulated me. She spoke to me like a person, not just another naked person on the table!

The wait time listed on this site is inaccurate and the staff routinely state that “waiting an hour to an hour and a half is normal and you should’ve known that.” They seem aware that having people wait that long in the waiting room would have folks walking out the door, so instead they have you sit it all out in the exam room. Dr. Kadiyala has lost my trust letting her staff and scheduling operate this way and I decline to return to this practice.

She misdiagnosed my symptom and I almost had a unnecessary surgery. I’m so glad I asked second and third opinion before having surgery. Finally she admitted her misdiagnosed and said I had nothing wrong. That is really scary. Although she realized her mistake, she waited until I saw her in next appointment. Why she can’t imagine I spent sleepless nights. I decided not to see her anymore. Who can trust such a doctor?

Her NP"typically runs an hour to an hour and a half behind" schedule, according to the staff. What is going on that this is a "typical" behavior? Time mgmt. should also be managed. No one introduces themselves as you are brought back and I am giving my personal information to who knows. Courtesy should be a factor when taking care of people.

I saw Dr. Kadiyala from 2011-2015. She did make a big deal of my weight at first but after loosing 20lbs, she stopped. However, it was very irritating. I dreaded going cause I would always feel so fat. They weigh you as soon as you get to the back. But she is really good at keeping your mind off what's going on while your feet are in the stirrups. In 2016, I started seeing Jennifer Monical, who's in the same office and I like her personality a lot more. She's very laid back and friendly.

I recently went to her. I am from out of state and in the process of moving here. I have been on HRT for several years and want to continue. She lectured me on how bad HRT is and flat out stated that she would not give me HRT and wanted to treat my symptoms with antidepressants instead! As I left I asked the office staff for the prescription and they said they would call it in. They did NOT! After reading the side effects of the meds she prescribed I decided NOT to take it anyway. I wont go back
