Terrible care
I went to see Dr. Sharma for a second opinion on a kidney problem. Dr. Sharma was going to review all the records from previous doctor and said he would get back to me in a few days. I waited 7 weeks before I finally followed up only to be told they hadn’t gotten records sent over from other doctor. Why wasn’t I called and notified that he was still waiting for record ? I would have called and gotten the records myself. If I would have not followed up would probably never have heard back. I would not recommend Dr.Sharma or his office. Oh by the way my insurance was billed and the bill had already been paid. How does that work?
