I am a patient of Dr. Vick due to blood in my urine. My insurance changed and didn’t include Dr.Vick in their plan, and then the worst thing that could happen, I lost my medical coverage all together and my problem became worse. I thought the worse and to put it plainly, I was scared. I went to Dr.Vick and explained my issue with my lack of insurance and the nurse ( his assistant) told me she would ask the doctor to see me on a reduced cash payment. In fact I was seen that same day. Dr.Vick believed my issue was BPH and told me I needed antibiotics. He sent the pharmacy downstairs a prescription and asked them to reduce the cost ( or the nurse did I’m really not sure). The pharmacy gave me a months worth of antibiotics/3 months worth of flow max all for $8. I was amazed! I finished the antibiotics two days ago and haven’t had any blood or much discomfort in two weeks. I know the office is hard to get a hold of from time to time but they are extremely busy. The staff is so nice to me and my wife so my wife takes homemade cookies and I always give the doc lemon pepper deer jerky ( he says he likes it). While I was in the elevator at his office I ran into a patient of Dr.Vick of 25yrs, he told me how pleased he was with his treatment from him. I would highly recommend Dr.Vick and will continue bringing him his Lemmon pepper jerky. My name is Ed, tell him I sent you and I said he’s a Godsend.

The first visit he was very friendly. When we went back for the prostate test he really hurt me. Was painful and awake. I stopped half way through. On the follow up visit for test results it wa a quick cold visit. Basically “here’s where the cancer was and here’s a prescription for 35 treatments 5 a week for 7 weeks. And that was pretty much it! We left and never returned which was sept 2016

Dr. Vick is a very nice man. His staff, however, turned out to be rude, unaccommodating, inefficient, lied to me about paperwork and drug registrations they say they had completed, were rude to me on the phone and one office staffer, named Evelyn, actually hung up on me when I called to verify they had completed required registration with a drug company in order to administer a particular testosterone replacement therapy. I would not recommend Dr. Vick because of his staff's poor performance.
