With the risk of sounding disgruntled I'll state just the facts. The office manager and doctor should really reflect on what they did today to my niece who had an appointment at 0830. Short version, my 12 year old niece had an appointment last week and was placed on antibiotics, today she was 2 minutes late, TWO, so they refused to see her and removed her from the office. So we have to find a different doctor to continue treatment. It's clear after this ordeal that they are only after the quick payment from the government from Medicaid and NOT their own patient. I was going to alert the BBB, however they are not listed. That should say everything. Townsley used to be a solid family dentistry that cared about their patients, now they only care about receiving payments from Medicaid for sub quality work and service. It's ashamed who they have become! Clearly if you have Medicaid they treat you very poorly, I bet if we had insurance 2 min wouldn't have been an issue!

Had an appointment for teeth cleaning. I called the morning of, to cancel.I had woke with COVID SYMPTOMS, but had to leave a message. They called a few minutes after said appointment time, stating they never received my message. I asked to reschedule! They stated there would be no rescheduling, and I would no longer be able to be seen in their office. I assumed there would be an cancellation fee, but had no idea they would literally tell me I could never be seen in their office again. I intend on taking this further, to whomever can address this discrepancy, and ill treatment.

I have used Dr. Townsley for several years and am very happy with him. He and the others in his office really care about their patients and are a pleasure the be around.

Had my teeth clean.Mrs.Ronda was so sweet.

Double bad--A bridge he installed came loose after one year. A crown that he put on an implant is not properly placed. I am now having problems with the implant--maybe the oral surgeon's fault. He recommended crowns on my front teeth--another dentist fixed them with a much better option.

I have been using Dr. Townsley for about 5 years. I have at crown replacements, teeth cleanings, and about 10 fillings done. Aside from having my crown fall off about two months after placement all the work as been good. In any case that there is a misunderstanding or a mishap he has been quick to rectify the issue. The office staff is amazing. I won't go anywhere else for my general dentistry.

Great staff. Dr. Townsley is the best.
