Dr. Sara Fogarty, DO

The care and treatment from Dr. Fogarty never changes. I was treated by this doctor years ago and again this year but the level of care concern and commitment never changes one of the best doctors around.

I was referred by my GP (and another source) for removal of cancer. During the initial visit she told me to stop taking notes and just listen. Afterwards she would give me the notes she was making including diagrams, etc. She took time to explain what she would do and what the other people would do. She answered questions and saw me as a person - not just another lumpectomy. The surgery went well (other than waiting around for this and that, nothing to do with her, I don't believe.) The after visit was as good as the first. She filled me in on the pathology, which hadn't been finished yet, but that she was certain that she'd gotten all of it. She had.I hope never to have to see her professionally again, but I would go back to her if need be.

Not satisfied with how I was treated by office staff. As a returning patient, I was not offered an appointment nor did Dr. Fogarty return my call after leaving multiple messages.

Dr. Fogarty could not have been kinder or more attentive. I kept asking questions and thought I was rambling but she answered every single question and was just so patient. I didn't feel rushed and I also felt that she didn't give a cookie cutter answer. I really believe she took my case and treated it individually without lumping me into a general category. I highly recommend her.
