Dr. Aydt is the most caring physician I have ever known. She takes her time to discuss your issues and does not have one hand on the door knob from the minute she enters the room. She genuinely cares about her patients and their well being.

My visit was a semi-annual review of health status.

I will be finding a new doctors office for my son. I always have to wait at least 45 minutes to even get a room here. This past visit was my final straw. I waited an hour and wasn’t put in a room yet. I let them know that I have been waiting an hour and was leaving. The nurse told me there were still people in front of me. I took off work to bring my son to get his shots and will now have to take off work again to reschedule. It has continually gotten worse at each visit. I will not be returning and will be changing pediatricians.

Dr Aydt is so knowledgeable and thorough. She is very cautious and will do all the necessary tests to give her patients peace of mind and thorough diagnostics, even if she is confident of what is it isn’t wrong, just to be 100% sure. She remembers your medical history so well and knows what works best for each individual. Top notch doctor.

I talked to Chelsea and Joyce. They were both great. Mary called to confirm that I would be there and the front desk person was so helpful and patient when I needed my permission printed out so I could sign it as I had online but it didn't show. I am sorry I forgot her name. Technology is great but nothing beats Patient Centered Care. This is the first time in a long time that I left an appointment feeling good. I could tell that something had changed not with my doctor as Dr. Aydt is always great and I credit her for helping me become healthy after my cancer experience almost 10 years ago but with the atmosphere at St. Francis. Everyone was happier, there were smiles. Dr. Aydt treats me as an individual whose needs are different than others. I am not a number. My needs are different and everyone respected that. I believe you are truly living the mission of St. Francis and the new slogan Where Patients Come First. Keep up the good work everyone in Dr. Aydt's office.
