It is easy to open up to this doc, who is very responsive to what she hears me say, and what info I try to withhold. She is trustworthy and a good person.

Dr. H never ceases to amaze me in how she meets my needs. I had a nightmare and she walked me through it step by step and then she threw the ball on my court. She asked me questions that made me delve deeper. I am so blessed to have her as my psychiatrist.

Dr. Hernandez listened and provided viable solutions to my current issues. I was made aware of complications that some medications have on individuals over 60 and was offered alternatives. I was very pleased with my overall diagnosis and look forward to my next visit.

This review has absolutely nothing to do with Dr. Hernandez who has been nothing short of amazing, and everything to do with Cantera Psychiatry’s patient appointment cancellation policy. I checked into the front this morning and the first thing I was hit with was a $200 cancellation charge for a no show on Friday and Monday. $100 for each missed appointment. I originally was referred to Cantera for depression and anxiety with underlying stress issues. Well needless to say my stress levels sky rocketed when I was told of the occurred $200 charge which in turn aggravated my depression and anxiety levels. So instead of helping to elevate my symptoms that brought me here I’m leaving with them higher than before I started treatment. So unless you have virtual appointments at Cantera Psychiatry, I DO NOT RECOMMEND you go there because life doesn’t stop because of medical treatment and there will be appointment cancellations due to unexpected circumstances and issues!

I’m so grateful to be in the care of such a talented psychiatrist!! Dr Ansbro has completely changed life for me by her thorough analysis of my mental health needs!! Having been in the care of psychiatrists throughout my life, I have yet to find one that has placed me on just the right medications and doses! I truly am forever in debt to Cantera Psychiatry for profoundly changing my day to day life and battle with mental health!!

Dr Hernandez listens and provides the best care and is excellent with monitoring medication. I am finally doing very well.

Waited forever for appointment, their telehealth system had no sound for either party. After troubleshooting on my end was able to connect two devices and hear myself. They refused to troubleshoot their end, essentially saying they'd tried nothing and were all out of ideas. They then wanted to reschedule me for another month out and apply the fee I paid for the appointment to the future date. I've found a better provider and really hope I can get refunded.

I had my first session with Ms. Casey and she was very personable, professional and insightful. She helped me with my current problems by providing solutions, along with changes to my current medications. I look forward to my next session with her.

never had any issues with this clinic. employees and providers have been really nice and helpful so far. the only thing is i’ve been coming here for about 1 year or more and I’ve been transitioned to 4 different providers due to clinicians and this clinic deciding to “go separate ways” out of the blue.
