I have been going to see Dr. Nelson since I found out I was pregnant with my first son which was 4 years ago and I continue to see her for my yearly exams. She was recommended by a cousin and friend as well. Nelson is very nice, informative and very caring to what is going on with you and what your needs. She was great in my delivery and was available anytime I needed to see her. She will also be my OBGYN for my next one and I will continue to go see her going forward. I highly recommend her as a OB or your general gynecologist.

Throughout my first pregnancy, she was amazing, and reassuring of all my questions, or concerns! She has a warm smile, and a great personality!! I always felt cared for in her presence! I am closer to the Richmond location, where she no longer is located, but I am willing to go to Sugar Land location for this pregnancy, just because she was transferred there!! Thank you Dr. Nelson, you're awesome at what you do!

Dr. Nelson is SO kind. She did not rush through the exam or ultrasound, she was very informative and I am SO happy I was able to see her and now have her as my doctor! I would definitely recommend her. Her staff is also extremely pleasant and were very helpful when it came to me needing to go next door to get blood work done. Thank you guys!

My friend has recommend me to choose Dr. Nelson as my gynecologist in my pregnancy. I couldnt be more happy! Shes an amazing doctor, very sweet and understanding. She has responded all of my questions with details, I can clearly see that she does care about her patients.

Dr. Nelson is darling. She has great bedside manners and isn't in a hurry to usher you out of the examining room. I'm not particularly looking to make tight friends with my doctor (especially because I don't like going to the doctor in the first place!) but it helps me relax when they are personable. Her office staff is also great - all very nice and helpful.

Office staff I'd absolutely horrific. If you want to enjoy your pregnancy with people that actually care about you and your well being, don't come here. Dr was nice but staff ruined it every time for me. I have been hung up on, ignored and tested so badly. I'm seriously considering a new doc.

- Kept forgetting my allergies and prescribing medicine I was allergic too. -Refused to prescribe a different medicine when I felt uncomfortable taking what was prescribed. - Ignored concerns with replies such as I would never prescribe anything to harm you or baby. - Suggested I was to blame for a previous miscarriage since I breastfed a toddler while pregnant. So is not up to date on breastfeeding and pregnancy issues. - Gets visibly upset when questioned or asking for alternatives .
