Kind listens but takes forever to call in refills/prescriptions takes numerous calls to get medications refilled or changed to the pharmacy

Dr Kamal is knowledgeable and pleasant. Diagnosed me immediately and took care of my problem. She saved me lots of grief!

Would of been zero stars but you have to give atleast one. She horrible in caring individuals Had abnormal lab work never heard from her when my labs came back so I assumed it was okay.. wrong I had a serious issue I was unaware of . Was only when I got a new PCP A year later due to her leaving my plan and they requested my lab work that I find out the abnormal results back them. Now it’s been a year with abnormal results and I’m now just trying to fix the issue. Plus the office staff in the Plainview office does not call back for days as you need to leave a message on an answer machine and the have a severe attitude problem when they do call back or when you speak to them in the office.

I had to see Dr. Kamal through zoom during the corona virus. She was incredible and checked in on me multiple times. My entire family loves her!
