Dr. Krishnasamy goes above and beyond for the care of her patients. She truly does care about the well being of her patients and that is truly hard to find these days. I feel extremely lucky to have her as my doctor.

I'm a self-pay patient. I had a patient visit with this doctor. During my visit I advised her, the hospital staff that checked me in and the lab techs that I'm self-pay and couldn't afford high surprise bills. I made requests to be cost conscious. Two days ago, I received 3 lab bills from Quest totaling almost $2,900!! $2,900 is NOT COST CONSCIOUS. I was never made aware of this cost. If I had been made aware I would have walked out and NEVER allowed my blood to be drawn. I've been violated in a harmful manner. This price is predatory!! I've left numerous requests for this doctor to call me back and she hasn't. I've placed calls to numerous depts for assistance and all that happens is that I get bounced around and no help rendered. Quest lab states that UofL is not part of their program to give discounts. This is taking hours of my day and week to handle. Who knows the outcome of this harmful disregard to me. Stay away if you are a self-pay.

I have frequently recommended Dr Krishannesy to diabetics who do not have an endocrinologist. She listens and is understanding and compassionate.

Dr. Krish is one of the best Dr's and endocrinologists. I came down with diabetes about 4 years ago and was very sick and scared. I found Dr. Krish. When I met her she set down and explained the endocrine system to me and how it works. She explained diabetes, she ran the proper tests. Right then I knew she was a good Dr. and always explains why she runs the tests so that I understand what's going on. She answers all of my questions and continues to do so. She makes you feel like you are her only patient. Dr. Krishnasamy cares. She really cares about her patients and takes her work very seriously. If God had not directed me to her I would be in terrible shape today. She is a brilliant Dr., to say the least. I really appreciate the time and care she takes to make sure I learn how to confidently manage this diabetes and other issues. I feel very well taken care of. Overbooked all the time. After my second appt where I spent 2 hours 45 minutes in the waiting room, I haven't been back.

Office staff is HORRIBLE!! I have to follow up constantly, and every call has me on hold for about 30 minutes. Labs are never ordered and results are never given without me calling first to speak with the rude office staff.

She doesn't communicate with her patients what is going on or what their test results are. Her office got my results Thursday and it's We'd and she still hasn't looked at them or verified them. I have had to constantly call the office to get information and I have been told nothing about what they are thinking is wrong with me.
