He is excellent.
Most recent visit was a surgical follow-up, after he did an endarterectomy on November 9th. He looked at my incision site and pronounced it good, and explained that I needed to have another Doppler in a few weeks, and then at the one year mark. They will call with the appointment for the Doppler.

Surgery/Follow up
Dr Gard did the surgery on my legs. He did an outstanding job of getting the blood flowing to my legs. It is much easier to walk now with very little pain. I will recommend him to anyone that needs the same surgery I had.

Do not communicate well
I had surgery complained about a swollen foot the next day and several times afterwards...it was pretty much ignored....even after i saw him..he rushed out the room as if the work he had done was all his concern..and has kept that same stand since finding out i had developed blood clots..and some traveled to my lungs.i think had he listened to my concerns due to the fact that i didnt have surgery near or by my foot and the pain i complained about was indications of clots .the blood clot could had been caught before it traveled..i suppose to have the left leg done .but i have decided not to do so because of the experience with this one.. i have missed an important interview that could have changed my life..because i was not able to attend because of the pain and not being able to walk. I just feel like had my concerns been listened to i would not be writing this review .but i may safe someone life!!
