Awesome doctor!
My son was 5 when we took him to see Dr. Schraff due to multiple ear infections. Another doctor wanted to take is adenoids and tonsils out even though he didn’t have prior issues with them. I appreciated wanting to do the minimal amount of surgery to get my son healthy. He only got the tubes put in. They fell off after 5 years or so, and his ear infections subsided after the surgery. I appreciated him not wanting to convince us into doing additional unnecessary surgery.

The Worst-
My Pediatrician recommended Dr Chapel, and I made mistake of choosing first ENT opening. My Ped, verbally expressed frustration with my decision, she specifically referred me to Dr chapel. She was right! He was so dismissive, small dirty dingy office. Stated my son had " daycare nose," finally he agreed to ear tubes, after care " mom you're the doctor." My sons speech improved after tubes positive side. Tubes have now fallen out, ear infections persist, chronic sinusitis, and the new ENT asked if X-ray adenoids or audiologist appointments. Um no, Dr shraff disregarded requests. My son dx new ENT with sleep apnea, enlarged adenoids. Surgery again...My son has been to urgent care for fever, chronic sinusitis, ear infections over 12x in the last year has runny nose 20/30 days in a month. I'm hoping the surgery will help, teachers can't wipe his nose the issues...My father MD accompanied me to most ENT appointments, and even then Dr shraff would cut him off disregard, his

Dr. Scott Schraff did eat tubes surgery on my 16 month old daughter in May and did a phenomenal job. Prior to the surgery she had 4 ear infections in 4 months and was delayed in her speech. Since the surgery she has had 0 ear infections (7 months) and is getting caught up with her speech. I would highly recommend Dr. Schraff! We are grateful to him!

I brought my 3 yr old in for her tongue tie. He explained everything to me respectfully and spoke to my child in a kind and gentle tone. He also helped keep her from an expensive surgery with a long and painful recovery. I am eternally grateful. Dr. Schraff is a very experienced doctor. I highly recommend him to anyone.

I took my 19 month old son in for enlarged lymph nodes after doing an ultrasound with his PCP. Dr. Shraff came in and would not let me get a word in or finish asking a question before he completely cut me off as if he already knew what I was going to say or ask. He was just condescending and rude the whole time and made me feel like I was stupid and had no voice. I will not be returning.

Dr. Schraff saw my 2.5 year old suffering from constant ear infections. He had amazing bedside manners, was great with my child. He was very caring, explained everything very well. With his many years of experience,I would highly recommend him. I am an ER nurse who has never met Dr. Schraff and you will be in safe hands under his care.

Dr. Schraff did my 13mo old sons ear tube surgery and we could not be happier! The whole process from initial appointment to post procedure was so smooth, peaceful and informative. Our little guy is doing great so far. Little bit of a wait time for the initial appointment but that’s expected when seeing a specialist. He was so good with our son and works with a great team of nurses, medical assistants and anesthesiologist. So grateful for him! Highly recommend for pediatric ENT.

My niece 4 years old is scheduled for her surgery with Dr. Schraff and his surgery scheduler instructed us that the latest check-in time or her surgery is 7 a.m. When we got to the surgery center before 7 a.m only to find out the doctor wouldn't start until 8:30 a.m. This is totally inconvenient and we expected that they must inform us with the correct information.

Took my grandson in for an appointment and he came in yelling at me saying we waited too long to go in and didn't let me get a word in. On top of my grandson being afraid of the machine to suction his ears he was nervous of how I was being talked to. For other reviews to say he's nice and had patience he definitely didn't display them today. So unprofessional.

My son has benefitted from Dr. Schraff and his skill as a pediatric airway doctor. Due to a medical injury in another state, he was presented to Dr. Schraff in a dire state. His expertise, patience and care got us to a point where my son is now back to a safe and happy lifestyle. We can't explain enough, the ways in which the office, medical staff and physicians here have brought us back to safety and security in our lives. It can never be enough just to say thank you to them
