Was able to quickly diagnose and treat a shoulder issue I had been struggling with for quite some time!

This was my first visit to Orthopedic One. They were proactive about calling me after I was released from the ER. They are running a well oiled machine. Everyone was caring, supportive and worked together as a team. Dr. Shemory was personable & knowledgable. He came in with fluid removal equipment (i.e. big needle) based on my visit with his assistant. Once he did his physical examination, he determined that a lesser treatment was best. He gets my vote for not pushing procedures that weren’t actually needed.

Dr Shemory and staff treated me quickly and efficiently. In one visit I was x-rayed, the results interpreted and the injured knee given a cortisone injection; all done under an hour!

The staff and Dr. SHEMORY were so kind and answered all questions I had.

Great listener. Explains things on a manner that’s understandable. Doesn’t treat you like he’s rushed. Every doctor should be like Dr. Shemory!

Everyone was so helpful and very friendly. Dr. Shemory explained my options for my shoulder n arm pain and suggested a steroid shot first. Very easy to talk to. Staff is excellent.

I was pleased for several reasons: 1.I didn’t feel rushed 2.he was thorough in explaining options 3., I told him I was very apprehensive about a shoulder injection and he made certain to numb and distract me 4. I have a clear instructions of what could be next steps . I’m very pleased

Dr. Shemory is patient and kind. He listens and answers all questions even if they are repetitive. He will explain everything to the minute detail if you so desire. He is willing to work with you to schedule surgery and physical therapy around your needs. I can't stress enough how caring this doctor is and how he is willing to go the extra mile to make sure that you understand your condition, your treatment, your options, and your surgery.

Dr Shemory takes his time and makes sure you understand what is going on and what the outcome will be. Dr Shemory and his staff are so friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend!

I felt like the receptionist was rude immediately. Greeted with a mask is no big deal but i feel like at this point we can tell if your smiling or not. She definitely wasn’t. I seen Dr. Shemory a few times. Quick friendly at first. Until I had a real issue. Then it was like I was a nuisance. Which is sad because I’ve seen other doctors at ortho one and they were amazing. He unfortunately was not. I didn’t like his recommendation for surgery and because I didn’t he didn’t want to deal with me. I would look around before just settling at ortho one. It’s like the toys r us for surgeons. You have a lot to choose from in Columbus. All because you can get in quick doesn’t always mean it’s the best option. I learned that the hard way.

Very personable and easy to talk to. My surgery went great with no complications. Follow up were easy and helpful for further strength training.

Dr Shemory did surgery on my left shoulder about 6 months ago ,,, he did a excellent job,, I went from not b n able to raise my hand above my head for 25+ years an n constant pain for a year b4 I had the surgery to having no pain at all that last 6 months an able to move my arm n any direction an over my head easily,,, also Dr Shemory listens to everything u say ,, takes his time which I appreciated very much,,, He did a great job on me ,,,, an I very highly recommend him as my DR
