“Drink more water”
After coming to Dr. Washburn with concerns about my pregnancy, he shrugged them off and told me to drink more water - not having any indication that I may not be hydrated enough. His lack of concern and dismissive attitude left me feeling uncared for and worried about my baby.

Rude and condescending
First I would like to note that he is the only provider on Lyndhurst’s website who does not have their reviews visible. Red flag! Every time we met he would come in with arrogant energy. Every single time I asked how he’s doing he responded with “better than you”… strange way to talk to people. I expressed my concerns and asked questions about something I wasn’t comfortable with and was met with a hand to my face and an “I don’t care”. This being my first pregnancy I feel I’m allowed to have questions and they should be answered with respect and compassion. He displayed none of that in any of our meetings. I hope I never have to see him again.

Would not recommend
From the moment he walked in the room, I knew what kind of doctor I was seeing that day. His demeanor was arrogant, rude & uncaring. We had an issue arise during the appointment before seeing him and I felt as if my questions about the issue were a waste of his time. We left with uncertainty and had no clear answers of how mild or severe the issue is. As a first time mom, it can be scary when you hear there’s a problem and then to add, the doctor you see could care less about your concerns or questions on what’s going on. No wonder they don’t have his reviews listed on the practice’s website.

Worst “Dr” I’ve ever met- time to retire!
This “dr” should NOT be practicing. He is the most rude, uncaring, Dr I’ve ever met. I had concerns about my pregnancy and he was only one available. Did not introduce himself- would NOT address any of my concerns, but talked to me like a child. Refused to do simple, in office testing and told me that since I had so many questions he was just going to admit me to the hospital where they could take care of it. He then threatened me with charting AMA if I didn’t go. Who does that??? I’ve NEVER ever had anything like that. He is the most uncaring person I’ve ever met. I’m pregnant and he ruined The whole practice experience for me. Once someone treats me mean, I’m done. Why would any practice keep someone so unkind and LAZY? His profile says he’s a Christian- if he’s a “Christian” no wonder many people question Christianity. Doctors are supposed to encourage you, ease your concerns, and then refer you if they can’t do anything else. He didn’t even try.

My experience with Dr. Washburn was nothing like the others have described. I had polyps on uterus, he did a biopsy, then he removed them. Very gentle, no pain at all. I highly recommend Dr. Washburn

I went to Dr. Washburn for over 20 years but in that many years I never had any issues. The one time I did have an issue he was totally clueless! Thankfully I went to another doctor that knows what she is doing! I will never go back to him and I definitely wouldn't recommend him!

Very rude! Went to visit after I had a fairly large ovarian cyst rupture. He did no exam, didn’t go over findings on ultrasound, offered no support or advice except to just do yoga! I could not believe how rude he was and the lack of bedside manner considering the pain I was in. He literally acted put out that I came in to follow up per the emergencey department’s recommendations.

Dr. Washburn was rude and dismissive. He made inappropriate jokes in a serious situation. He had nothing nice or friendly to say. He laughed off my very simple question without answering it. He had a bad attitude from the moment he walked in the door. He made me and my husband very uncomfortable. Pregnancy is a big deal and a sensitive thing to go through and he was everything I don’t want in a doctor.

Not especially empathic, but aptly knowledgeable. Affable enough, but made very crass and inappropriate comments during procedure, which triggered past trauma. Offered apology after contacted practice manager, but apology compared my situation to someone else he knows, which confirmed that he didn't understand the very personal nature of the offense.
