My experience with Dr Ashok was wonderful he is a knowledgeable doctor that gets the job done

The Office Manger is very RUDE, I was calling to make my father a appt and I asked her are you open and she said yes why I inform her I have been trying to get a hold of someone for 20min and nobody would answer she stated we have alot of patients which is understandable but I also know that they can click over and put the patient on hold and when I asked for a appt she couldn't work my father in till December 09, 2021 I am very disappointed on how the Office Manger treats patients I have been there twice with my father and his staff is terrible as well and rude I will give that Dr. Ashok is a good doctor and very nice hopefully it will rub off on his staff I do not take my father to another Dr, because he is the Dr that did his surgery

Dr. Ashok and his staff are wonderful! Kind, knowledgeable and friendly. So glad that I have him as my doctor.

He is very pleasant to ALL his patients and very informative. He makes sure to give you the most detailed answers possible and eases any worries you might have with his calm demeanor. If I ever need to see another urologist, he is the one I will be visiting.

He is a very nice doctor but his staff and his office manager “wife” are extremely rude and unprofessional. Prepared to be talked to like you are stupid and insignificant.

Wanting to get off medication for enlarged Prostate, I discussed procedures with Dr Ashok. Dr Ashok went over all options, and we decided on the TURP procedure. I was scheduled right away and had it done on New Year’s Eve. Of course I had many concerns, Dr Ashok addressed each one and I was confident this was the way to go. Everything went even better than expected. Even though its only been 3 weeks today, I’m so glad I had it done! No pain, very little bleeding, and everything works great!

Dr. Ashok and his professional staff saved my life and I will be forever indebted to him. He has always shown me a true concern for me and my health. He has gone out of his way to provide advise and comfort in my treatments and recovery. I will always recommend and stand by this man and his staff. Dennis David

Very knowledgeable, friendly, patient centered physician. Easy to discuss problem and issues with and helps improve and/or correct medical issues and concerns.

Office management is incompetent. Ashok was given a referral for me. I never heard from his office. After many calls by me they said they didn't have referral - had another sent. Spoke w/ office mgr discussing my insurance situation stating that I would be paying out of pocket for the 1st visit. I took 1/2 day off work to go to appt. & have to make up the time by working 10 hr days. @ my appt. his staff refused me and his office mgr said she would have to speak to billers 1st. INCONSIDERATE!!!!!

My brother has been given skilled, professional care and advice from Dr. Ashok for over 2 years. The wait time in his office is short but when it ran a bit longer one time the doctor came out to apologize. How many doctors would do that ! My brother needed cystectomy removal at Stanford Hospital and then emergency hospital care at Hanford's Adventist hospital a couple months after that. Dr. Ashok came to the Adventist hospital often to check and treat my brother. Great Doctor, highly recommend.

Dr. Ashok's office is very organized with minimal wait time. Dr. Ashok often comes to personally greet you Dr. Ashok spends whatever time is necessary with the patient. I am using the family computer and hope I can leave my own name. I m female and I feel perfectly at ease with Dr. Ashok. Dr. is a perfect gentleman. Anyone thinking otherwise is being mislead. As a urologist, Dr Ashok is the 'best of the best.' I will definitely continue being a patient of Dr Ashok.

Dr Ashok is a caring meticulous doctor. He is patient and caring not only to his patients but also to the family. He treated my husband's bladder cancer and removed one kidney that was not working. He expains procedures thoroughly making sure that they are understood. We feel very comfortable in his decisions for care and would highly recommend him to anyone.

I am always a little apprehensive when it's time to see a new Dr. But Dr. Ashok made me feel very at ease from the first time I met him. He explained everything to me showed me my CT scan. He is very cautious. Helped intensely with my kidney stones. Would recommend him to anyone I know who is looking for at great Doctor.

Dr. Ashok is very trustworthy, takes great care of patient and their family. He is my husbands Dr. When we found out about the cancer of the kidney, I wanted a second opinion, my husband said why , dr. Ashok has been select top surgeon of the year numorous times, while going thru the nuclear imagining, I was talking about if we should get another opinion. The guy asked who was Dr. I said Ashok he said he was top of his field. So thank you Dr. Ashok for saving my husband, and being our family.

Very open about what treatment is needed as well as procedures.
