Office staff will influence decision to return
We all make mistakes, mine was showing up a day early. When I arrived and informed the receptionist that I had an appointment with the Dr. she informed me that I did not because there was no one by that name in the office, and turned to continue her conversation with the other nurse. My wife and I left and attempted to locate the correct office, which turned out to be that one. When asking the receptionist about this her response was that I needed to check my email because the Dr. is only in on Tuesday and Thursday. I did not return on Tuesday. We could of had a heck of a laugh about this, totally my fault. However with her presentation and lack of personality I will not go back. This is the 3rd Carle foundation Cardiologist that I have dealt with and I have decided that their nursing staff and Dr. staff leave a lot to be desired. I will return to an OSF affiliated cardiology staff.

I could not have chosen a better doctor to go through a frightening time. Excellent bedside manner, very knowledgeable and able to explain everything to me. He really listened to my concerns. Personal follow-up when I left hospital. Kind, kind doctor. I wish I could rate Dr. Sivalingam higher.
