Extreme pain in my Butt
Love this guy. I’m a member of Kaiser and went to emergency on Aug 14. I had sever pain in my bung hole.. sorry for the slang. I told the doctors at Kaiser I hadn’t eaten or gone to the bathroom or slept for 3 days! They did Ct scan and X-rays but couldn’t find anything wrong. I told them then the scale of pain was 8 out of 10. I was sent home with hemorrhoid medication and NOTHING for the pain. When I got home it got worse.. another sleepless night and the pain was unbearable. The next day instead of driving to Vallejo I was taken to the queen emergency room and was seen by Doctor Cusick who I found to be compassionate and empathetic and smart . He found the problem after looking at the test results and me and now I’ll sleep for the first time in 4 Days! I love this guy. Thank you Dr Cusick. You’re my hero. I’m leaving Kaiser for blue shield . Lost all faith in Kaiser

Horrible Care If I could give zero stars I would
I am a Kaiser patient who unfortunately came to Cusick's emergency room with a compound fracture, and open wound to my leg. I needed surgery. Kaiser had no beds available in Northern CA to transfer me too and he flat out refused to do my surgery at the facility (the hospital was empty by the way) nor did he transfer me to any other facility to get the surgery done as Kaiser authorized them to do. Dr. Cusick sent me home with a broken leg and I was lied to. I was told Kaiser would not allow them to do surgery which has since been confirmed as a lie. Knowing Kaiser had no beds available, he sent me home and I lived with a broken leg and open wound for 6 days! He should be fired along with the ortho doctor at Queen of the Valley Hospital. You have been warned. If you are a Kaiser patient stay clear of this hospital! Make the ambulance go to another hospital if you want care!
