I first encountered Dr. Moore when I was taken by ambulance to Community North. Dr. Moore & others diagnosed emergent gallbladder problems, & Dr. Moore performed an ERCP procedure. Throughout, I was struck by Dr. Moore's skill as a thoughtful, concerned, & straightforward communicator. I'm happy I was fortunate enough to work with this skilled physician.

Look elsewhere
I never saw his face. The only interaction was when he came in to start the colonoscopy. I experienced horrible pain during the procedure. He didn't even come to my room afterwards to check on me or give any feedback on what he found. It made me feel disrespected, no better than a number. I'm still having problems and will be looking for another doctor.

Bad Experience
Really bad bedside manner. I had a procedure after which I felt as if it was no different than being through a carwash. The doctor did not even take time out to even perfunctorily say if the procedure was normal or abnormal. Look elesewhere please

Horrible office scheduling
Office keeps rescheduling my appointment out further 5-6X (8mos now). No responsible office manager available, and no one is accountable for the poor service. And yet they expect to collect a copay for an appointment. Such poor service.
