I was very impressed with the amount of time she devoted to learning my medical history, explaining her findings & recommendations clearly & understandably. My subsequent couple of follow up appts. have been equally thorough. I'm very impressed with her.

Walked out after waiting 2 hours in the patient room waiting on doctor. After several visits this was a norm of waiting 1 plus hours. She is a pleasant person that talks so much that it is disrespectful to the current patients time and the others waiting. This was so upsetting and cost me 1/2 a day of work and not even a follow up call to the customer who walked out.

I am a board-certified clinical pharmacist who reviews patient’s lab values and medications daily to provide prescribers recommendations to better manage medication therapy. I went to Dr. Bhutto for a routine annual physical and had zero complaints and was feeling 100% well. Dr. Bhutto wanted to diagnosis me with a plethora of rheumatological conditions based on a family history of rheumatoid arthritis. When all of the blood work came back within normal limits, she suggested more blood work b

Tried for over a month to have my rescue inhaler refilled. The pharmacy contacted her office 3 or 4 times and I emailed and called. The staff was rude to me and told me the girl that takes care of "that" is gone for the day. I was really disappointed to be treated this way.

Dr. Bhutto is a great physician. So thorough and has all the time in the world for you. Sadly, it's nearly impossible to get in to see her. On the rare occasion I've been ill, I was told to go to a walk-in clinic. Wait times for appts. often exceed 90 min. and have to be rescheduled. Hold times on the phone have exceeded fifteen minutes. Written communication for simple prescription refill go days unanswered. Having an amazing physician doesn't do any good if you can't get in to see her.

very personable, very thorough, interested in finding the causes of problems not just prescribing a pill and sending on your way. Seems to be focused on maintaining health whenever possible Knows what she knows and what she doesn't and refers out when appropriate. Only in the office part time so a little difficult to get preferred appointment times.
